I never made the chicken puffs. Mom said just the smell of the crescent rolls would make her upset because she can't have them...I will figure out something else for the chicken. Now what to do with the crescent rolls that are in the fridge...

B: No time :-( But, I did grab a single serving pack of peanuts if I need to

L: Dreamfields pasta w/ ground beef & a little bit of ranch

D: Possibly BBQ chicken

I'm so tempted to get into the cauliflower leek soup I made last night that was sooooo good....got the recipe from Atkins New Diet Cookbook (I think that's the one...it's red and yellow on the cover)...but I know I can't do it. Too many carbs in a serving to blow my count for the day.

I noticed something...every time I say I'm going to have something for dinner, I change my mind! Last night it was taco salad...and some fried squash & green beans (which I did myself in the Fry Daddy)...so I know I went over carb count yesterday...but at least it was on veggies instead of bread!

Today...

B: 6 strawberries w/ splenda & pepperoni crisps (teacher appreciation week is this week, and I was sooooo glad they had SOMETHING I can eat in there...can't wait till Friday...Bodacious!!)

L: Leftover taco salad...yum!

D: I'm not going to say...because I keep changing it! :-P

L: Leftover southern mustard "bbq" pork loin
D: Pepperoni and Mozarella, baked til "rubbery" and brown

Snack: Pork rinds (question - if they're 0 carb, are they okay on induction? I SO needed something crunchy and "snacky" feeling)
