Good morning, everyone!

It sounds like we're all busy but at least we're taking the time and commitment to post in our weights.

Tex Lady I'm sorry you were overlooked. It's not intentional. I think sometimes I read a certain post, and inadvertantly paste that one.

Jude, Thanks for fixing the weigh-in posts! That was nice of you!

I am pasting the last post shown.

No changes for me. Still wearing size 14 comfortably now. Don't seem to be getting a Woosh like Dawn, but that's ok. Dawn I am so very happy for you. Maureen I am glad to hear you found out what the culprit is. Glad to see your loss, too!

Went to the pantry today to get DaVinci S/F choc syrup. It's thick like Hershey's. Was going to put it in my morning coffee: EEEWWWWWH! Yuck! It had gotten all moldy! Turns out on the back of the label, it says it will keep better if refrigerated. I sure wish they would've put that on the front! who reads the back of labels when putting groceries away? It was about $5 !

Well back from PVR and tanned and heavier . Though I guess it could be worse. Started TOM today so that has some bearing on it too but I am no longer in Onerland . up now to 201. So let's hope that Dawn's whoosh fairy finds me this week and I will be down back into onerland again. I didn't do too bad with this woe on my holiday. Had lots and lots of fruit and mostly Pinapple... it is soooo good. And of course a few desserts and well more that a few margaretta's . we did do a lot of walking which was good!

Default Checking In

Hi everyone. I'm checking in a day late, but happy to report I'm down 2 more lb.

Has anyone else tried the new Lifechoice low carb frozen dinners? I've tried the pot roast and green beans (12 g.) and the meat loaf and cauliflower (17 g.) and also the beef tips....I like them a lot. Didn't care for the chicken entrees -- tasted a little rubbery. I get them at Wal Mart for $2.87.

Wishing you all a great week and a wee bit of the luck o' the Irish

Rodmick, please join our challenge once again. I believe whatever works for you is the best way to do it.
What a wonderful week for everyone . As long as we can all stay clear of the green beer today we should be alright. Won't be a problem with me. Lets keep rolling with all these great numbers WOW!

Didn't get a chance to pick up corned beef so dinner tonight is sausage with onions and GREEN peppers and cauliflied rice tinted GREEN and probably water tinted GREEN. You know the Russell Stover Pecan Delights have some GREEN writing on the paper so they count. Oops I forgot about dessert. How about GREEN whipped cream with strawberries to celebrate the "Christmas" snow we have. That's what my DS called it this morning when he saw the beautiful gift we received yesterday. Maybe instead of a pot of gold we can get a leprechaun whoosh. Have a happy day. Blessings, Maureen

It will happen huggs2ewe, the whoosh fairy will find her way to us all. I really believe that.

I will soon be doing this WOE for a year. I have thought of trying something from time to time but then think about how I feel and it goes right to the dogs and I play my next low carb meal.

Hi Everyone,
Well today I head over to my oldest daughters. Her bday was on the 13th and my Toni's is on the 25th so we are going to celerbrate them together this year by there choice. Normally we do each one on there day but this year my oldest has started Weight Watchers so we are going to do a WW dinner at home. They are going to bake Toni a cake ( pout ) and she will love every minute of it.

Will be able to access the web while there so I will keep in touch.
hugs
Nancy
