You are a great role model here. You're message is kind and doesn't waiver
Shout out to all the rest of the folks posting here. It's very interesting to keep tabs on this thread from the perspective of a non poster.

Quite honestly I am shocked at this weight loss I was not expecting it but yes I do attribute it to my taking Marty Kendall's nutrient optimizer masterclass. What I learned first and foremost from that class was about macros. I increased my protein, which is the most satiety producing macro, and decreased my fat, while keeping carbs low, about where I had already kept them. This led to me eating less without any hunger. A lot of what was in the masterclass about nutrient density I already knew but this bit about macros while keeping an eye on nutrient density through cronometer really seemed to do the trick. I just finished taking the masterclass for a second time around, not because I felt I needed to learn a lot more, but being in the class and participating in the class forum helped keep me focused. It takes a lot of discipline but for me it has definitely been worth it. In fact it helped to keep me from going off the rails due to all the stress. My laundry might be piling up and my floors in need of a vacuum but my eating stayed on track.I figured the one thing I needed to keep doing was to keep myself as healthy as possible.
