So, this time I don't want the scale to lead to influence my attitude. Just working on changing habits and learning to eat within a calorie range. So far, so good. I weigh daily and look toward loss. Previously, when measuring macros, I lost weight at an average of 2-2.5 lbs/per week. My first week back, I've lost 2.6lbs, not focusing on macros yet.
