sort of a workout
I'm not sure this counts, but it made me sweat and my legs hurt.
I went to school and becasue I chose to use the stairs instead of the elevators I got a good workout. This adds up when you keep forgetting things and have to keep goin up and down. I parked on the 2 and the sky walk was between the 4 and 5 levels. Each level was 2 flights of stairs. Then I had to treck around to find the book store and then carry back those blasted books! OMG!!! It was making me breathe hard carrying those bookds up 41/2 levels!I hope I'm not that out-of-shape!

Garden work
2 hours of digging, bent over weeding, and hoeing by hand. I got lettuce( crisp head and red sails), mustard greens, spinach, and broccoli planted! I am good The garden looks much better now, and I should have enough to give to the food bank when it is ready.
