Actually, by IFing you can eat tons of food at one setting and it not affect you in a negative manner. Can you imagine eating a ton of food and yet, you can still lose weight? I lost 18 lbs within a year after re-gaining about 25 lbs. You can even have seconds, as long as you do not eat agin until supper. You may find that some days your appetite has been greatly reduced and may only want 1 meal instead of 2. I prefer this way of eating now that I see that I can eat with abandon and still feel in control of my diet. Steak never tasted so good.

We went to Home Town Buffet today pigging out was one thin slice of roast beef, one piece of chicken, a scoop of green beans, and a small salad. They could have rolled me out, I've just become accustom to eating small meals more often. But on occasion one meal will last me the whole day like you said.

On a side note its funny when you go someplace like the Buffet and food memories are instantly triggered. I walked up immediately thinking of a pile of mashed potatoes and another pile of mac & cheese. Without even a thought of them being way too high carb. It took me a second to remember I don't eat that anymore.
