HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL THAT HAVE ONE THIS WEEK

Something worked...I'm 121 this morning...maybe its the lemon water or the green tea I had last night (brought some in today to make iced green tea)

One pound to make my "birthday Goal" 6 pounds for my "Goal"

Today:
B-8:30- hot lemon/cayenne water

L-12:30- taco salad made w/1/2 c. lean beef and cumin, 1 cup shredded lettuce, 1/3 c. onions, 1/3 c. tomatoes

D-6:00- 8 oz. chicken breast, 10 oz.chicken broth, onion powder, 1 stalk of celery and 2 egg whites (Chicken egg drop soup)

3 mugs of iced green tea, 2 cups decaf coffee black, 64 oz. water.

Good Morning! Hope everyone is well! Fell off yesturday, stress came over me and I ate bad stuff! Back on today! Pretending once again that it never happened!

WTG 4EVALC! You are so close to goal!

B: 2 egg omlette w/ ham and cheese w/ two sausage links

S: Meat Stick

L: Salad w/ shredded turkey, bacon bits, and sunflower seeds, topped with NO carb ranch dressing

S: Strign Cheese

D: Chicken and brocoli!

LOTS OF WATER!

Strong at 121...Come on teens

Last night my dinner changed: 3 wings from Pizza hut and a large salad drizzled with Ranch dressing...

So todays lunch is going to be yesturdays planned dinner (chicken/egg drop soup)

Not sure what tonights dinner will be ...I've been craving ribs

Gained some weight! Not happy! Had a really bad bad weekend! Never ever want to deal with that again!

Me too Erin...don't know why I do this to myself I can't even list all the crap I put in my mouth ....not to mention the (Miller Lights...UGH! I can't even think of it)

Trying real hard to be clean each day...got through Monday....planned Todays meals...2 weeks, 4 days till the wedding...was wishing to be 118..

Todays wt. 122.

You'll get there! Congrats on getting married!

I eat so much more garbage on the weekends then any other time! I just hate it cause my boyfriend eats just garbage and offers and I just can't refuse! YUCK! I hate it!

Happy Hump Day ........I made Goal this morning....not 115, but my original Goal of 120

Today:

B/L - hot lemon water, green tea iced 1 half packet of splenda, 2 egg-egg salad made w/ 1T. mayo & 1T. mustard, celery. and 1 c. fresh green beans made in garlic and olive oil.

D - grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast and "Moch" mashed potatoes, broccoli

diet coke (1), 64 oz. water.


Hope I didn't miss anyones B-day
