I love almost all nuts (except macadamias), but my favorite is raw almonds. I take them to the movies so I can have a great healthy energizing snack (instead of popcorn) and not feel left out. Pistachios are my second and from there they are all fair game!

I like Pecans the best, to me they have lots of flavor and now that I'm pretty much sugar free, they taste alittle sweet, plus they are grate to toast up and sprinkle some cinnamon in. Yum! My second favorite is Brazil Nuts! Too bad we couldn't vote more than one time

My taste has changed since my last post in here. I like pistachios and cashews over macadamias

Thumbs up Cashews!

What's your favorite type?
It used to like cashews and then I discovered Macadamia nuts when we went to Hawaii. I ate so many and brought so many back, I can hardly stand to look at them anymore. So now I'm back to Cashews. I love to cook with pine nuts; but don't care for them by themselves. Love sunflower seeds, too. More info than you needed, right?

By themselves, definitely Peanuts. But, when mixed with Chocolate...I'd have to say Almonds, followed by Macadmias. Peanuts and Chocolate don't go together too well IMHO. Peanut Butter Cups are OK, but nothing to write home about. Chocolate Covered Almonds [except the ones made by KETO which are absolutely repulsive] OTOH are to die for.

I think the problem with KETO is their Coating. Its not even called Chocolate, but rather "Chocolate Flavored" and "Choclaty." I just checked and Cocoa Powder is ingredient #4 [after Polydextrose, Palm Kernel Oil, and Nonfat Dry Milk Solids] and it has ZERO Cocoa Butter [Palm Kernel Oil was used instead,] so it isn't even chocolate at all. I would have thrown them out, but I might be able to wash off the "Chocolate Flavored/Choclaty" coating and salvage the Almonds.

Macadamias with cheese cubes, peanuts when on the road, and salted almonds when at the movies.

I love peanut way too much. Anything with peanuts. So I try to limit what I keep in the house. If I get them I buy them in the shell. The time it takes to open them helps to slow me down. My next snaking choice would be walnuts and almonds. I like Brazil nuts but never buy them.

I'm really stuck with peanuts since I'm allergic to most nuts - good thing I love peanuts i can eat "white nuts" - almonds and macademia nuts - but if I eat too many, I break out in hives. Other nuts just totally kill me heh

I love ALL nuts, except hazelnuts (only in chocolate are they ok). Actually, all nuts in chocolate are fantastic. I used to not like brazil nuts, but I got used to them and I really like them. I eat almonds and peanuts most days of the week.

It's funny, because up until a couple years ago, I had always been very allergic to peanuts (since I was a few years old). Then I got tested at the doctor's office, and go figure, I'm not allergic to peanuts anymore! So, for the first time, I got to taste peanut butter and boy was that an experience- I had no idea what it was like. Thank gosh I'm not allergic anymore.

Oh my! I couldnt imagine being allergic to peanuts - I ate peanut butter every day of my life growing up. I guess its the same as for me - everyone talks about how wonderful pecans are and cashews, etc -
I'm actually glad that I'm allergic to pecans - Pecan pie is the big thing at family gatherings for us and i can't eat it so if that's the dessert, I'm home free!
