Wow last time I posted here for weigh in I was 213. Today I'm 205. That was 2 months ago. So I've lost 8 pounds in 2 months.

I started SB on July 1, 2002 at 225. I've lost 20 pounds! But the most important thing is this way of eating has become my lifestyle now. My daughters also. I'm so thrilled she has adapted to this WOE at such an early age.

Default Hi All

Hi everyone!

Congratulations to Molly! You are a true inspiration to us all!

CherlyCo: 8 lbs in 2 months. That's a good slow weight loss. Just what I'm looking for. Please share your tips on success!

Daisy: Maintaining is better then gaining. Will probably show a loss next week.

For me. Well, I didn't weigh cause I'm so frustrated at this point. It's also that TOM so I don't dare get on it.

Hope everyone is doing well. I'll try and weigh in next week just for the heck of it!

I stayed the same but it doesn't surprise me. I have had some good losses the last few weeks.

How is every one else doing?

On monday i started CAD. So I didn't expect to see a loss yet. I wish but not happening. I thought I would give it a 2 week trial. Since I stayed the same on Atkins for almost 3 weeks I figured there had to be a better way. At least I'm eating better. Only my third day and the dessert thing isn't going to happen every night. But at least I have a different menu. See you all next week, hopefully I'll have something. Sorry no loss Molly, but at least you didn't gain and yeah you did do well the last few weeks.

Default Hi Amber and Molly

Molly: Glad that you're losing at least on occasion...

Amber: I hope the CAD diet works out for you. I tried that before, but couldn't stick to keeping my carbs during that 1 hour only. Some people, I've heard had great results. I think Oprah did. Just curious, but have you ever tried Sugar Busters and if yes, how long and how much did you lose on it and why did you change? (I'm just trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong)

Well, I still weigh the same. No big surprise there.

Someone on SB told me that SOME people really just have to count calories on it in order to lose weight, especially if you only have the last 20 pounds to go. I think I'm just going to start counting my calories on the SB WOE.

Hope everyone is doing well and have a great day!

No Denise sorry I have only tried Atkins and this one. I haven't even finished the book yet. They said I should count my calories on atkins and that I wasn't eating enough. I couldn't eat anymore food and really could not do fitday to do the calories so I switched plans. It's only a trial period. I only lost 13 pounds in 9 weeks on Atkins and never cheated. I excercised everyday and everything. Oh well off to work. Hope we have better luck next week. Here let whoosh fairy this place for luck.

Default weighing in

Hi, sence I'm a newbie. I will give ya'll a breif histroy. I'm 42 and I'm from a FAT family. I however had managed my weight pretty well until 2 years ago. I was in an accident and I broke my back. I have had 3 surgeries and thank god I am walking. But excersise is out of the question. So my active lifestyle is behind me. and I gained 40 pounds. On Oct 28 2002 I decided it was time to stop killing myself slowly with food and start regaining my self esteem.. sense then I have lost 13 pounds, but even though I havent gone off plan. I can't seem to lose anymore weight. Maybe it's the pain medications?? I can't seem to manage my pain! even if I never lose another pound I am staying off of the carbs because I am feeling better and stronger. My goal weight is 170 I am 29% of the way there!!
SO nice to know that I am not alone in this!!

Smile Welcome Lucky Dae!

Welcome Lucky Dae! You are on the right track. I finally broke my plateau. Down to 164.2 last Friday so I was happy. Lost almost 2 pounds. I started eating less, that's for sure!

How are you doing Amber? Thanks for the fairy wishes! I think it worked!

Hope everyone is doing okay. Hi to Debbie and Molly!

Well, I am in dire need of SUPPORT. Where do I go from here. I thought it best to weight weekly. Any suggestions? Also pardon any errors I make with these forums, I am computer-illiterate.
