I had some times of being able to focus and concentrate this morning, without all the brain fog, OCD, anxiety, depression...also felt some strength in my legs and arms.
Tried on an old blouse I have from sometime in the last 15 years or so. I wore it either on the way UP to 370 pounds, or on the way back down LOL It fits fine. maybe a TOUCH tight in the arms still. Very encouraging.
