I haven't been around for a few weeks. I am losing slow only because ,I am taking in more carbs than I was. I am on five months of no bread,pasta or fattening foods.I do go over my carbs now and then. I have now lost 43 lbs in the five months.

Morning everyone...Well...I'm closing in on 290 very quickly...I saw 291.2 on the scale this morning so that 45 nasty pounds gone..now I'm shooting for an even 50 pounds gone as that will put me 25% to my goal...Looks like we lost quite a few people so how is everyone who is still hanging on doing?

I have been struggling over the past month, but this last week I have really been trying to get back on track. I havent weighed in in 2-3 weeks, but I'm weighing in this Friday, I need to know where I'm at.
