I did a half hour on the bike today. My knee was bothering me so I just did a steady pace instead of trying to do some intervals.

I took an unplanned rest day on Friday. Saturday was the weights, etc. workout. Not sure what I'll have time for today but I may be able to get on the bike for a bit. If not, that's ok.

I was gone all afternoon and evening yesterday so no workout. Have to take at least today off because I had a tooth pulled this morning. If I feel ok tomorrow, I will do some easy biking downstairs.

I forgot to post here for a few days....it's been busy.

Had to get a shot in the knee. Will be needing total replacement in 5-6 years. I've got the ok for bike riding but walking must be kept casual.

I tried walking on the treadmill on Saturday and was able to do 10 minutes without pain. Dr. basically said no fitness walking but as much biking as I would like. Good thing I love to bike!

My first official ride for the season was 17.11 miles and today's ride was 16.41 miles. I'll be doing the weights stuff later today.

I got all the weights things done last night! Felt good to do it all again after cutting back last week because of the tooth removal and knee issues!

I had a good but slower bike ride today. I was expecting to get rained on so I took a hillier route because I thought I would have to do less miles. It was quite windy but it never rained other than a couple sprinkles. I did 15.74 miles today!

I had another good but windy ride yesterday - 17.09 miles!

No ride today because it's way too windy.

I skipped out on the weights last night so I'll be doing them today.

I'll be away for 2 days with no chance to workout so I'll be back to it on Sunday.

I was gone for a few days so no workouts till last night....

I did the basic weights and crunches.

Today was a short bike ride - 7.61 miles. It was cold and windy and I was testing/timing a route for DS to possibly use for biking in the morning before work.

I'll do a half hour on the bike downstairs tonight to supplement the short outdoor ride.

I got a bike ride even though it's still windy. I'll be doing weights later, once I get some chores done....

Yesterday was a half hour on the bike downstairs.

Today I got a bike ride outdoors but got sprinkled on so I cut it short and headed home. I missed the downpour by minutes!

I'll be doing weights a little later...have to go do a few errands first.

I skipped the weights the other night due to early arrival of an unwanted guest, TOM. Took a rest day yesterday.

Today I did a 28.15 mile bike ride! Now it's time to get some chores done!

I had another long bike ride - 31.33 miles. It was a challenging ride today and I'm worn out! Good thing there's no other workouts on the schedule today!

I went out for a 20 mile bike ride today. It was a slower ride due to the wind and hills but it was a good one!

On my way downstairst to do weights now...

Took a day off yesterday.

Today is weights. No biking due to my knee being sore. I guess I'm done biking till I recover from Monday's surgery. No time tomorrow and rain is forecast all day Sunday.
