This week...no processed foods at all...no sugar alcohols....strict induction...by the book!!!

I am proud I managed to wean myself off sweet in my coffee...no more splenda at all....just cream! Yahoo!!

Well, I know its only Tuesday, but I guess its a good time to check in with everyone on their 'resolutions'.

I drank all my water yesterday and need to fill up my bottle for today.

Also, I ate FANTASTICALLY well last night. Nothing fried and EVERYTHING right on plan. I've been having these 'real fruit no sugar added' popsicles just about every night to help with 'dessert' cravings, but last night I just dug in my heels and said 'no' i didn't need it and i didn't have it.

I'm hoping for another biggish drop by this Friday!

So far, I've cut back on the coffee, splenda. Today is a full work out day as long as my knees hold up.

UGGH I know!! I hate myself in the winter with tons of layers on to "try" and hide all my flesh - it makes my skin crawl to think of having to show any of it because I'm soo hot in the summer.

I am really committed to this and have just had wine on Saturday nite for the first time in 5 weeks. Not alot but I did have some...I do not think it will hurt me cuz I am staying on this program easily. I love the fact that I do not have any cravings and am not ravinously hungry when it is time to eat...
so I promise not to weigh in until my weigh-in day which is Fridays and also to stay on the program without wavering. =)

Checkin' - It's Wednesday and how is everybody doing.

So far for me.....I'm happy with my choices this week. Looking forward to wearing my small clothes I bought last week. Just a little small. Size 14P's......wooooh!!

I'm doing GREAT with my water promise this week, no fried foods either, sticking to my plan and exercising. I got in two workouts today.

For some reason I feel all bloaty though... Maybe because I'm having a bit of a bout with insomnia. Or maybe because my damn wrist hurts like HELL and I'm not sure why.

Or maybe I'm just so POSITIVE that i'm going to gain weight because i feel that my loss last week was a fluke, i'm just PRETENDING to feel water weight gain so i'm not too dissapointed when i weigh in on friday.

who knows. all i DO know is that i'm doing good things for my body and that is what is important.
