Alright I'm rejoining the daily menu thread! Phase 3

Breakfast / Snack : 2 Roasted almond kashi TLC bars

Lunch : Club house with caesar salad

Supper : Baked chicken with mixed veggies

Snack : Few rice crackers

My planned Phase II menus for today:

Breakfast: FF yoghurt with ricotta, pomegranate and sunflower seeds, V8 juice
Mid-morning snack: Pear
Lunch: Tuna mayo with baby spinach and plum toms
Mid-afternoon Snack: TBD
Dinner: Thai Fish Stew

Had a great lc dinner tonight, phase two.pork tenderloin in portabella mushroom sauce, cauliflower with parm, steamed asperagus. Man it really felt like a great treat. Will be haveing roasted garbonzo beans for a snack.

I saw those roasted garbanzo beans on Rachel Ray.....any good?

Phase III, Maintenance menu for 12/19

b- 1 flax muffin, 1/2 cup greek strawberry yogurt, coffee w/ H&H and splenda
l- 4 ozs chicken breast in salsa, TLC granola bar
s- 1 oz cashews
d- nicoise salad ( ind tuna, 1 HB egg) mesclun greens, peppadew peppers, olives, snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, balsamic vinegarette. 1/2 serving dk chocolate, 1 serving pistachios
s- prunes, rice bran crackers

I'm noticing just how much fuller I feel after I eat hot food as opposed to cold food.

Judy, the beans were okay, nothing to write home about. I didn't use a recipe from RR. I jus roasted them in a little oil with salt and onion powder.

She dumped a ton of curry powder on hers....

I guess that I'd use garlic!!

Re-started today (mostly Phase 1...forgot about those dumb carrots!)
B: 3 eggs, 1 small tomoato, some green onion, 1 oz cheese.
S: handfull of baby carrots
L: salad with tomato, onion, grilled chicken and hardboiled egg.
s: 1 hard boiled egg, 1c. low fat milk
D: 1/3 spaghetti squash, meat sauce, salad, vinegar/oil dressing
D: Sf/FF pudding

water: probably not enough... but I'll get it back up there.
