1/4 pound turkey burger grilled on the george forman with bacon, sharp cheddar cheese and 1 cup broccoli with butter

Today, I went to the low carb shoppe/cafe and had roast beef lettuce wraps. A added a slice of swiss and some tomatoes.

A gross weider ready to drink chocolate shake.

To bad they are convenient to take to work as I run out the door, since they really don't taste that great. At least the ingredients aren't bad.

sorry your lunch was so "gross"


I had 1/4 cup cottage cheese sprinkled with fresh parmessian, 1/2 cup strawberries with 2 Tbs. whip cream, salad with sunflower seeds, walnuts, parmessian cheese, and ranch dressing along with 3 sausage links. (had to use up leftovers :lol)
