That is because french fries are cheap and easy to make. Broccoli isn't so. Plus, look at the way most of us eat- We WANT more fries than veggies. (Well, WE don't, but most Americans do!)
I completed Day 4 cheat free. Yes, I had LC ice cream again, but I am allowing myself LC ice cream twice a week. Beats having a huge binge cheat later on, right?
