Hi Emy!! A lot of that is just sugar - bloat, don't you think? I mean common, you can't gain 8lbs in just 3 days. Very unlikely. Cut your carbs, walk, swim and peeeeeee baby peeeee.

I've been binging the last few days and gained back weight although how much is fat or due to other issues I'm not sure. STILL not good at all!
