Oh wow! Look at the visitors in my gym log and I haven't been here in WAYYYYY too long!! I have been exercising just not recording. Cardio has been fine but I need to kick the weightlifting and abs up a notch this month!!
Here are my goals for June:
Weights 14x, Cardio 20x, Abs 14x

AM Cardio 30 mins elliptical, burned 338 cals...of course I am all pumped up and ready to go and I get a cramp in my side the first 4 mins. in to the workout...stuck with it though!!
Also, did 30 pushups
