Hey all! Haven't been able to walk these past 2 days bc of rain. And yesterday I was all set to walk the trail but it stormed so badly, the whole road was blocked due to flooding. SO, hopefully tomorrow I will get something in. I've discovered I love the trail so I think I'll try and walk there from now on. Walking the neighborhood is good, but the trail is better bc, it's so hilly and my old bod' gets a really good workout!

Liddie...sorry to hear about your dad. I fractured my ankle once, so I know how painful that is. I'm glad you're able to get your walks in though. Btw, how long does it take you to walk 5 miles? Don't ask me how long it took me, but whatever the case, I went down 3lbs.

I may get a mini walk in tonight if it's not raining. My daughter's at work around the corner, so I'll go meet her when she gets off and walk a little, if mother nature permits me.

Tim, Nole, Tjenxs so glad you are with us. It was me and Liddie for about 3 months and now finally some new faces!

See ya'll tomorrow!

Happy walking everyone!
