Scramble, as far as I'm concerned, I'm not "worried" -- I just like to analyse stuff, and low-carbing as a way to keep fit, healthy and thin is such an interesting concept, especially for a long term dieter like me who has been suffering through starvation diets all my life. Isn't it intrigueng to know that carrots increase their GI -- i.e. how fast the body turns it into glucose -- when it is cooked? One can "chill" and seek, imho.
