Well after a fluctuation for a few days, I'm just under 329 now. . . that's 11 pounds in 10 days! My real real REAL thirty pound in thirty day goal is to get under 300 by 4th of July!

Again, I congratulate you on your successes and thank you for your kind support.

Another day. Another 1/2 pound. 13 pounds over 8 days. I will be lucky to get to the halfway point at half way thru my set goal. If that is the case then it will mean bringing out the big guns (pure clean induction) for the final week. I can do it. And I am worth it.

WTG so far, 13 pounds in 8 days is pretty fantastic. I'd love to see 399 by the end of the month (or 4th of July), so this gives me some hope that I can too!

Thanks all for the comments. Still headed in the right direction but a little slower than even I had anticipated. Without a major shift upward in my exercise (bad leg, remember) or a 7 to 10 day clean and pure induction (no SF anything and for me no coffee...ps do not be around me during my no coffee phase) to reach the 30 pounds. It's doable.

Yesterday was one of those = days: lose none/gain none. Still on track to make 30 (or darned close to it!) by the morning of the 26th. I am becoming fixated on the scale so may very well have the wife take it back to her work and weigh in only on the 26th. We'll see. I did that back in December (did not weigh for 21 days and found a 19 pound loss at the end of the 21 days) and have been thinking about it every time I get on the scale. All 100 times a day (seems like it!).

Food has never been as clean as I meant it to be when I started out BUT I am about as far along as I had hoped (plan was to hit 15 pounds lost on day 10.) I am close and certainly happy for where I am. I am still posting every days meals in my journal.

I need to do 3 things to make this goal from here out:
1. take my exercise up a notch.
2. get the crap out of my diet.
3. cut my caffine consumption by 1/2 (at least).

So...will work on that starting right now. (Already blew most of it by eating nitrate filled bacon for breakfast and drinking 32 oz of coffee.) But there is still the rest of the day!

Here is hoping each of you find yours blessed with good stuff!

Hey Big Loser, just wanted to let you know that the magic must be rubbing off on me. I've lost 9 pounds in 6 days. Apparently the smoked meat diet is paying off for me Keep it up!
