Working out can get a little lonely!It is like you have to be your own cheerleader... no one cares how many reps you do or miles you run... and I think those personal successes are very important to celebrate.. at least for me to keep going.. and working... so thanks for the support!!

No gym sun.
Today good workout...
full lower body weights... crunches, ball exercises..
1.5 mile run.

Hey, you're welcome!

I find success very motivating, and it's funny, but there's something about picking up a piece of metal that USED to feel heavy, only NOW it feels LIGHT, that REALLY keeps me going.

Well it is time for a change... and I am embracing it... I got my job... the job I wanted... and hopefully will give a better structure to my day and life. It took 8 months to find what I wanted --- but i think it was worth the wait..

I worked for a few months april-june.. part time and it was horrible for my workout schedule... I was averaging ...at BEST.... 2 times a week. So I need to commit to myself a time to workout... I am thinkning right after work... to drive up to the gym on the northside.....I just have to commit... because with my loose schedule now, and afternoon workouts... it is a lazy time...

This is super important...so............here goes my promise.

I WILL WORKOUT WEEKDAYS AFTERWORK for the well being of my body and mind, and in pursuit of my overall goal to be healthy and fit (and foxy ).


So no gym yesterday...

lol... thanks built... i needed that..

I finally made it to the gym. It felt wonderful.. thougfh I was quite tired. It is my first week of my new job... so I need to get a goof schedule for my body... and that is just not happening. Going to the gym tonight around 9... and I want a good gym record.

My goal is sun-thurs... friday off...

been awhile since i wrote. exercise is definately not like it was before I got my job.

Went to gym mon and wed.
2 miles run
1 mile walk uphil
leg exercises, leg lifts
