Welcome and good luck to you!

Please notice that I added you to a more current list than the one you chose to use. Next week, please get the very last list posted.

Have you seen the food lists and meal plan guides at the start of this thread?

I'm new here & not sure how this part works. I am not new to SB & in phase 2.
I have seen the food list at the beginning.
I'm not doing to good on phase 2 & need some help. I'm staying pretty much OP. I'd like to log my weight here but don't know how.

How much tenderloin? beans? cottage cheese? these are portion controlled foods
S: edamane how much?
D: tenderloin, collards, Black eye peas, again, How much of tenderloin and peas?
S: lite & lively yogurt, uncle Sam cereal how much cereal?

I don't see enough veggies and if you aren't seeing losses, I'd knock out the cereal for as long as it takes for you to see loss again. Starchy veggies are better for you at this point in your plan and where is your fruit?
I would not have tenderloin and cottage cheese in the same meal.

I have the Best Loser scales so I weigh almost everything.
Tenderloin 4 OZ, Pinto Beans 1/2 cup, 1/2 cup cottage cheese.
edamane a 5 oz single serving pack. (in the shell.)
4oz tenderloin, Black Eyed peas 1/2 cup
cereal 1/2 cup (little less than a serving)I didn't eat that tonite.

I'll have the rest of the strawberries & have a glass of soy milk instead of cereal tonite & for awhile. Can I eat the NO SUGAR added canned fruit? That is all I have here. It is mostly apple sauce, mandarin oranges & peaches. I don't drive & not sure when I'll get to the store.. Oh yes I do have 1 kiwi
I never know how to measure canned veggies like spinach & collards.
I'm just guessing but think what I should add 1 starchy vegetable a day.
Should I have the starchy veggie & fruit the same day?
Should I try brown rice?
I want to do this right.. Thanks for all your help.. I need that.

Its good that you are measuring your food!
Canned fruit is just a fair choice even if it is no sugar addded.....a better one would be fresh fruit.
To get your body back into weight loss, I'd have 1 fruit a day this week, all week.

2nd week, I'd add a starch (and not grain) like a starchy veggie: peas and carrots, butternut squash or sweet potato.
3rd- add a second fruit and no more starch until the next week.
If you aren't doing any exercise, it isn't wise to keep adding in starches.
Its also better for you to try to eat fresh veggies and not canned.
Brown rice and other grains will come later when you are further into your weight loss.

I am trying not to be dense - do I just copy and paste the text into a new reply and add my name in alpha order with the weigh in if I want to be included?
