Rollerblading - 1.5 hours while doing chores (cooking, carrying laundry, dishes, trash, books, etc.)
I was doing so well until I was getting ready to take them off, then I fell. Gashed my knee up, sadly, I fell on my backside, so I have no idea how I hurt my knee.
I don't know why, but it's funny.
Not sure what else I might do, but let me tell you, I worked up quite a sweat!!!!!!!
