I would like to join this challenge. It would be great 30 pounds less by New Year's Eve. If I am even almost there I think I will buy one heck of an outfit.

No cheating, eat breakfast, drink my water.

Wow HELLO to all the new faces here...I am terrible at keeping track of names so please forgive me if I call you by "Y'all"
Some of you only want to weigh in once a month, and THAT IS A_OKAY! I usually do that myself but for this challenge I will weigh in on Friday the day suggested by Samantha. Do whatever works best for you okay?

I can feel so much motivation in this group...I am so happy to have "Y'all" with me on this road to our goals.

I also love to see what people have eaten because I am terrible when it comes to menu planning. I usually look in the fridge when I am hungry and just wing it.

I do want to share that last night I had the most incredible date night with my BF..LOL stay with me here it invloves food, and low carbing at that..LOL We were walking around Wal Mart looking for camping gear for our upcoming trip and I suggested that we have Carb select Ice cream and sf root beer floats while we watch a movie....so while we were in the frozen foods section he starts looking at frozen dinner labels and complained that there were no Low carb ones for us Low carbers. (He is a normie)...LOL Then I spotted a package of TGIF hot wings at 2g per serving...then HE finds a bigger package of generic ones at 1 g per serving...LOL He was so funny...so we bought some ranch and needless to say I had one of the most satisfying dinners ever last night ...It's so fun to actually eat like everyone else, and it can be done it's just sometimes a little hard.

So here we go on our 3rd day, good luck to everyone, keep posting all your ideas and menus!

Here's to great bunch of losers!!!

Anita

Hey everyone...so glad to see people checking in and posting their menus...glad to see some people working out too!! I have been finding excuses not to go to the gym for over two months now...BUT today I broke my evil trend and went...Yea for me! It was actually fun...I did 15 minutes at 75 rpms on the bike and went through the weight room circuit doing 3 sets of 10 on everything and anything...LOL even on my situps and squats! Was planning to do laps in the pool but it was just too cold! SO I did some stretching in the hot tub...all is good and my body feels wonderful...

El Menu for today..

Bfst~ Coffee and LC toast
lunch~taco meat and sour cream
Dinner~ 2 servings of hot wings (8pcs) with ranch and iced tea
Snack will be a scoop ful of LC ice cream..yum!

Water so far is only 40 oz but will force down another 20 in a bit to make it 60 for the day just 20 oz short of my goal which I never seem to reach...sigh!

Happy Losing everyone!

Anita

Absolutely great advice anita! The scale is wicked I tell ya but I would much rather see the scale go down than up. Today I was watching the tyra banks show and they people from the biggest loser season 1 and Bob. Bob was saying to allow your self to have what you want one day but 6 days perfect with food and exercise. Something like the food will taste so much better. I think thats good advice but then I'm like well I might have trouble getting back into the swing of things again. Eh who knows
