Here's an update on my short-term goals, as I keep a promise to myself to celebrate the small victories:
in the 220's:check (as of today!)
hearing YLW!: check (yesterday!--one person had asked before, but this was a confident statement)
more options, better fit in clothes: check
more lap, more energy for my kids: check
I'd like to add a few to my list.
I'm looking forward to. . .
. . . making it to my 25% milestone. . .
. . . having my half-slip fall smoothly from my waist (25 pounds ago, it would climb up and bunch around my waist some days) . . .
. . . my TDK pants being loose enough for me to move freely in. . .
. . . wearing jeans. . .
. . . moving with more energy and grace during the spring climb up the hill behind the school with my Jr. High students than I did in the autumn hike. . .
. . . making it into the 210's. . .
. . . my birthday in 8 weeks, when I celebrate the progress made towards my `50xfifty' goal,' whatever it prove to be. . .
. . . the biggiest of mini-goals, Onederland
. . . and again, a more comfortable and fun summer because of the weight loss. . .
So, what are you looking forward to?
