I ran downstairs on my treadmill for only 1 mile but i incorporated strength training with my nautilus and weight machine for an extra 30 minutes - still kinda lame but it was something!

Well, i figured I would force myself to go to the gym today rather than go downstairs - even though the weather is STILL terrible with lake effect and temps in the negatives! Brrrrrr....
So, I ran for 2.5 miles and took the bootcamp and toning class.

I couldn't work out as planned, we got a call saying my father in law has cancer. My husband was pretty well shaken.
