Sat ~ Lots of housework...worked up a good sweat. I do everything one right after another and don't stop until I'm done w/ EVERYTHING! Hey, it's like circuit training lol.
Sun ~ Lots of walking & yard work. I was getting somewhat depressed thinking that I haven't worked out since Thurs but I've been MOVING my body.
So, because it's better then lounging around the house I'll post it as a workout
I was sweating while doing the yard, I think it was actually a great workout. My legs were really fatigued by the end of Sun.
