YES exactly, my version of Doubles I'm starting with the lean program(I want to get smaller and leaner) I completed Plyo yesterday.. WOW.. it was tough. I think I did pretty well keeping up, I did have to slow a bit a few times and cut a few reps short BUT I did it! Cardio today plus the gym this morning. I found last night that I was restless.. especially my legs and had some trouble sleeping, I'm wondering if it's the added activity, hopefully I will have a more restful night tonight.
Congrats on your soon to be completed first round! I am pretty stoked about this program myself, I look forward to seeing results and even though yesterday was tough I already know I'm going to enjoy the pace I felt fantastic after I was done LOL. I look forward to more of your updates it will certainly help to keep me motivated too!!
