You are doing very good Bro, it does feel good doesn't it. I remember one time I was doing leg exercises and I got into my car and couldnt get enough strength to push the clutch. But all the hard work pays off, especially when I am balling with the young bucks and can take over the game. Well keep up the good work.

Hey JT, I saw in a post you need a Tae Bo buddy. I just bought the tape and havn't even started it yet. I'm a little nervous about it but I decided to try it any way. Let me know what you think.

Marty

Oh, and it's just my 2 cents but light days can be just as important as intense days when it comes to working out. You are the best judge for what is right for yourself.

Talking Sounds like things are going great!

Hey I was wondering what the weight levels and specific exercises are that you use for your routines?

I do something called Tai Fit (click on the link under my signature... I forget if it's one or two) which is basically just like Tae Bo (i.e., kickboxing). Some reviewers like the Tai Fit better.

Kickboxing, no matter whose technique, is an awesome workout, and the portability of DVD or video is super--it will get your heart going plus will increase your flexibility and is a great after-lifting workout because it helps to stretch things back out and reduce injury.

I do it every morning for 35" and it gets my day going better than my coffee does.

Do you use l-glutamine? It seems to be helpful to minimize soreness. I like KETO OJ which is a zero carb orange drink supplement (you mix a teaspoon with a glass of water). It has 500 mg of l-glutamine plus a lot of other good things.
