Hi everyone and welcome everyone who has joined our challenge. Pleased to meet you!
I'm Nancy and I have been around a long time. My weight has been going up and down the last month cause I haven't had my own kitchen to cook in. Been running back and forth to my daughters and this will go in untill the end of JUNE! So I am having to put my foot down and take over my daughter kitchen and make a few changes in the fridge. Won't toss anything but will add my LC treats and goodies for my healthy living.

Boy have I missed you all and not have a pc has been a real bummer for me. Have even tought of packing up my old heap here and carrying it to my daughters to make sure I can get on line but she is old and it might now like being transported back and forth.

Welcome Home Nat!!

Good morning everyone! I am looking forward to starting this challenge! I just updated my weight, as Sunday AM was usually my weigh in date.
I have had a goal of reaching 200 by May 30th but as the date gets closer I am not sure if it is attainable and I may have over extended myself! I am hoping this challenge will help me reach it! Good luck to everyone!!!!!!!!!

hey AFWife! My real name is Yael, and obviously quite difficult for many to pronounce. My best friend's 2 year old niece started calling me yaya, and it just stuck. Now everybody seems to have taken to it How did you get your nickname?

My middle name is Yadhira. Pronounced Ya dira....kinda like Shakira but Ya at the beginning.....my little brother couldn't pronounce it and started calling me Yaya instead, and it stuck.

Hey, My name is Brenna.. i'm a 15 year old student and i started atkins this past summer of 2003 at 176lbs in late July. I stayed with the it until late Novemeber and was at about 147 then. Since then, i've been struggling to get back into atkins for more than a day to a week. I am 5.7ish and my goal weight is 136 and hopefully 145lbs by my birthday which is June 1. Can I join this challenge?I am hoping it will help give me the motivation to start Atkins tomarrow and stick with it this month.
