I have been doing pretty well, how about you Kristy??

Off to work today....it's raining here, but the high is supposed to be 70....told hubby this is rediculous....70 today, then a chance of snow on Fri?? sheesh!!

I am doing great! DH and I are amazed -- this is the first holiday season in history that both of us actually LOST weight. My mom was visiting for a week (left today) and we got her through the first week of induction. She lost 5 pounds. Yesterday was her birthday so we "cheated" a bit with a LC pumpkin cheesecake. Not really a cheat, but the nut crust was a no-no during induction. Mom was completely bowled over by the way DH and I eat -- she is SOLD on LC'ing now.

I can finally talk again after losing my voice during Saturday's women's basketball game! I am so, SO proud of those Duke women!!

Yup, something like a 20 percent chance...at least that is what they said on News 2 this morning....could have changed by now, though. Weather here is like it is in Oklahoma....if you don't like it, wait a minute.....lol

Hope that everyone is having a good week so far...thank goodness Monday is over.....lol

I start classes on Wed....taking English, Math, and Technical Computers this semester...woohoo...can't wait!

Yes, we got about 1.5" - 2". It was so beautiful!! We are supposed to be getting some more around Monday...at least I hope so.

hi everyone else in north carolina..ditto on the panthers.. kristy roughly how many calories are you eating a day? also are there any local meetinjgs of lowcarbers in charlotte...i thought i found one but i think they have disbanded
