I've been visiting this site almost every day for about 2 years. I've found its a great site. I also visit the main Atkins website which is alright.

What "other" sites are you guys talking about, name some names so I can avoid them!

That other site just isn't 'lowcarbfriendsly'. Used to be though, about ten years ago.

Oh, I didn't call out any sites...??? I just misspell stuff. Not quite that smart of a cookie. Many who come here will recognize my avatar as being a person who advocated and helped others with thyroid disease at a lowcarb site for over 11 years and then was dealt with wrongly though.
