My trouble spots is cany and ice cream. Don't have a care for alcohol (very seldom any way), could care less about grains, usually, takes a lot more than chips to throw me off plan. My trouble tends to be the candy, soft squishy fruity candys. Chocolate, ice cream, usually Snickers Blizzards. I want to get past wanting the junk, stop being mad because I can't have them any more. Ok, my biggest goal is to stop binging, and then, to loose the last 30lbs!
