I woke up this morning to find that I'd lost 2.6 pounds since yesterday. I'd have jumped for joy and thanked the Woosh Fairy, but... Well, I accidentally fell asleep around 6:30 last night, before I even had the chance to make dinner. Husband fell asleep too, but when he tried to get me up at 11:00 I grumbled at him and made the decision to just stay in bed. SO. Yesterday all I ate was some bacon for breakfast, and two bunless double cheeseburgers for lunch (I was running errands).
Tonight is that family party I mentioned in my first goals post. I'd kind of been thinking all week that I might allow myself a small piece of cake or something of the sort, but... I know I'll probably be up tomorrow anyway (since part of my weight loss was just lack of food in my belly), so why make things worse? Here's to hoping I can stay strong! I've lost 11 pounds in less than thirty days. I wanna hold on to it!
