I'm at 208.8 today
and would like to be at 202 by the end of the month

I just bitched in another thread that I accidentally drank sweetened/sugared iced tea today. I want to cry. Those few ounces could kick me out of ketosis for 1-2 days. Keto is my priority and I always make sure to eat enough fats even drinking coconut oil to keep it at the right percentages.. and something that stupid could kick me out.

I woke up this morning to find that I'd lost 2.6 pounds since yesterday. I'd have jumped for joy and thanked the Woosh Fairy, but... Well, I accidentally fell asleep around 6:30 last night, before I even had the chance to make dinner. Husband fell asleep too, but when he tried to get me up at 11:00 I grumbled at him and made the decision to just stay in bed. SO. Yesterday all I ate was some bacon for breakfast, and two bunless double cheeseburgers for lunch (I was running errands).

Tonight is that family party I mentioned in my first goals post. I'd kind of been thinking all week that I might allow myself a small piece of cake or something of the sort, but... I know I'll probably be up tomorrow anyway (since part of my weight loss was just lack of food in my belly), so why make things worse? Here's to hoping I can stay strong! I've lost 11 pounds in less than thirty days. I wanna hold on to it!

I know its already half over,but I'd love to join you! I keep telling myself I am going to join a challenge or something to help keep me accountable. (plus I am a serial lurker on here and would love to make more friends) Its my birthday next month and I would love to be 10 lbs lighter when I get there,especially since I will be splurging a little on a nice dinner with my other half. I can't weigh today, since yesterday was carb-up, but I will weigh tomorrow morning - it'll be after 36-40 hours of fasting, so it should be my most consistent weight for a baseline.

ETA: TOM is also due, so I must try not to let that discourage me...

yes, nearly half the month gone already. I seem to be sticking fast these past two weeks. My weight this morning was 255.8 but I round up/down so I'm viewing that as 256 for no net change since month's beginning.
At least it hasn't gone up!

well, will keep on keeping on
