Dang, currently I would have to say make it through a month of induction... so failed last month, but am not giving up. I'm the relief person for my boss and she is going to be working in another facility, so I am working for her this month. In a way it will be a good thing. I won't have access to food so if I plan well I should be able to do it. So, for me,
Complete Induction.

Well, the scale went up for me today. Haven't figured out why yet, since I do chart my food but I didn't drink any waters yesterday, only diet sodas. So I'm going to pretend that's the culprit...

My goals are:
1. Do my Wii fit more and use the tredmill more
2. Stay on plan
3. relook at my menu's and find what might be stalling me

So far I am failing on this.

294.6 this morning, 10.3lbs down from day 1! I'm thrilled I love this new diet, (not Atkins or lowcarbing right now) it is really moving the weight off of me...keep up the good work everybody!

Okay, here we go!

2/1 269.6
2/2 270.4
2/3 269

So I don't want to change my stats that come up in the little title blurb, or whatever you want to call it. When I last went off lowcarb I weighed 241. Then I gained 40 pounds back. I'm down 12 now, and on my way to reversing the harm I did in two years of not lowcarbing, but... anyway, that's why the numbers are different than what shows up in the blurb... the 241 is a good reminder.

Scale went up. Don't know what I' doing wrong. Only thing I can think is I'm not accurately knowing how much I'm eating. I bought a scale and it came last night so I'll start weighing everything now. Plus I'm cutting out the diet soda. Haven't lost since I started drinking it 2 days ago. Back to water for me...

I wondered why the scale barely budged; it was hormones and water weight from the girl stuff. But no PMS this month, and I usually suffer terribly (actually, my loved ones suffer more than I do). No cravings, it took me by surprise.

1. Stop drinking a shot of Cuban coffee in the morning as it has sugar
2. Add weight lifting to my routine two or three times a week instead of card and really believe that this helps me just as good as walking/jogging

3 . Go to the scary running shoes store where they analyze how you walk/jog on a treadmill and then tell you which shoes to get.

Beacon. My husband got shoes from that scary running shoe store. They were the best shoes he ever trained in. Loved them. It's much better than getting regular ole' shoes. Have fun!
