**Please check the ingredients lists on any coffeemate products. I've been told that they contain corn syrup and trans fats!!**

you can see the ingredients on the sugar free coffeemate at this link:
http://www.coffee-mate.com/products...r.aspx?t=lowsug

Yes, it does have corn syrup(another name for sugar) and trans fats!!

Firefly::I picked up some of the Grillmates items yesterday...haven't had time to try them yet, but I will!! Also, I can't say I've ever had Indian food other than a curry recipe I've made at home, but everything I've ever heard about it sounds like I'd like it. But I have serious doubts I'd be able to find the items here. I don't live in an ethnically diverse area so those types of things are very difficult to find. But I will certainly look the next time I'm out! Thanks so much for the advice and suggestions!!!

Judy:: You are right about the ingredients list. I promise I won't buy anymore once this bottle is gone!! Thanks for your suggestions.

I greatly value any advice and help I can get from those of you who are further down this road than I am! Your mentoring means a great deal to me and I truly appreciate it!!!

It's funny that you are talking about the sf creamer...I really, really miss it and was just thinking about that this morning. (It does have HFCS but the label--and ingredient list on the site too--says no trans fats, so I'm confused about that point.)

The DaVinci and some fatfree half and half is a great recommendation...more flavor varieties...whatever you can dream up!!!

Good luck, Bos!

When you see "hydrogenated" next to any oil, this is what makes it a trans fat...or so I have been told.(right Liz? )

FWIW- I use real Half and Half in my one cup of coffee daily. But I did not do this when I first started as I wanted to follow the rules....I had to decide which rules I could/would break after I had lost most of my weight.

You can actually have it while doing phase I...just limit it to one per day. If you like the no sugar added fudgsicles, you can have 2 of them per day.
