My husband uses La Tortilla wraps....I do rarely...I really like lettuce wraps!

Please re-read the above....it says that this company makes low carb and whole grain wraps/tortillas......you get to try to ones made with the whole grain, OK?

I find whole wheat wraps at my local WalMart. They are sold as a "low carb" thing, but if you read the ingredients they are sbd friendly.

Same here, I think they're buena vita or something like that. They're whole grain, no sugar, 3 grams of fiber, and only 7 carbs. I actually like them better than regular white tortillas because they're softer. I like to have one sometimes when I make a veggie/chicken stirfry. I use a tortilla and make a fijita type roll up with it. Yummy.
