Wink Hottie body in 4 weeks!

Well, I was gonna lazy-it out tonight, but I couldn't let me down!
I got a hottie body challenge to get to goal by August 25!

Triceps: 20#db's
3x10/8/6 overhead db extensions

3x10/8/6 skullcrushers
3x10/8/6 db kickbacks

Legs: 10#db's

3x15 stiff-legged db deadlift
3x8/8/10exh db lunges (Oww)

Ab's

3x15 weighted reverse crunches

Will post workout music tomorrow!

3x15 stiff-legged db deadlift <---Starting to feel the changes in my butt & back legs!!

3x15 weighted reverse crunches

Push-ups - 2 (I hate being weak in the arms)

Push it with the music!! Sexy hip-hop dance workout mix!

Well,
I've been doing my random weighted workout at least once a week. Been walking mostly, swimming around 3x a week too.

Steve(DH) has been home & will be deploying in Nov. sometime, just spending as much time as we can with him before he leaves.

Catch you guys more regular, need to start working my legs every other day, they measure the same, but look better!

The weather is getting nice again...
Got out & rode the bike yesterday, boy are thee alot of hills around here!
I was more winded than anything. My legs were like - what?
What are you doing? That wasn't a workout & my lungs were going - you need a nap

Worked out yesterday & today.
Found someone to work out with.
Me & Alicia are kicking it out 6 days a week.
Cardio MWF, Weight training TTHSA, Off SU.
Day 2 into it & feeling good. We'll see how far we get!
She's been doing it for a while & I got invited in!
She's at about my old weight levels, but they are comfortable for me. So we're doing good! Making changes for the good!

Been working out everyday - Racquetball for cardio 6x a week.
Weightlifting 3x a week - Sundays off

Monday was treadmill cardio w/o & today was an hour of racquetball. Tomorrow is weight training/ cardio & THE SAUNA!

Hi-Ho!!

Another 2 days of exercise in!
Cardio yesterday - 2 hours of racquetball.
Weight-lifting & 45min cardio today(more racquetball!).

Should see a body composition change coming soon.
