I am wondering if you all want to do a weekly weigh in to keep tabs on our prgress and to fine tune if we are not losing? I usually try to only weigh once a month but by then it's to late to do anything LOL...SO if everyone is in agreeance why don't we weigh every week or so? Anyone have any ideas?

Anita

I'd love to join you all if it's not too late! I also dont have quite 30 to go but close enough I think!

Lily, I'm all for reporting menus. The more accountability for me the better.
I'll need to weigh in tomorrow!

I'm in and 30 pounds will put me exactly at goal! If you guys can help me stay on track and break this stall of about 6 months I will be eternally grateful. Let's make the 4th quarter our best ever and help each other avoid the holiday pitfalls. My goal - exercise consistently and NOT be OK with merely maintaining. Gotta get tough and lose these last 30! I have never though lost 10 pounds in a month except for maybe the first 10 but I am sure game to try. Starting right now ..........

Yay..lots of new faces! Welcome to everyone..its' never too late. I do my weigh-in on friday's....but i'm willing to change that if anyone else would like to make a day for a weigh in....whatever works for you guys! I'll also copy and paste my menus. I've found that seeing others menus has helped me when i get bored with my own. I premade homemade chicken salad this evening for the next day or so worth of lunches, and i think i have enough groceries to last a while. I think i'm going to try making smothered chicken tomorrow night for dinner:

I'm going to use chicken thighs i think..depending on which is closest to the front of the freezer..lol.

So far so good, hope everyone had a wonderful weekend....and that we all have a positive outlook on the week!

friday sounds like a good weigh in(before the weekend) lol
daily menus are a good idea this way we can keep track and see if we might be doing something wrong that might be slowing our weight loss. good luck everyone!

I'd like to join this challenge. A 30 pound weightloss would put me in the 160's, numbers I haven't seen, on the scale, in at least 8 years.

I'm not weighing in officially until Nov. 1st. ^^

I am doing Induction for two weeks, then slowly moving up the OWL ladder after that.

Since I don't weigh in, I'll take a picture of me in my pants that don't fit and post a before and after when they fit.

I'm so excited! These jeans were my favorite and it sucks that they don't fit.

Breakfast for today: Scrambled eggs with cheese and tomato's

When I'm done with breakfast I'll thaw out lunch and dinner so I'm not tempted to grab whatever cause I have no food ready to cook. I won't make that mistake again.

WE CAN DO IT!

Lunch: 5 Bologna and cheese slices with mayo...

Basically I put 5 bologna's on a plate threw cheese on each of them then mayo and rolled them up and ate it. YUM!

Had Green Tea mid-morning too.

Ok that's it!

Hi all- Friday weigh-ins work for me. Gives me a few days to try and be good to get a positive start! So far today - a half LC pita with butter and a hard boiled egg then 1/4 cup skim ricotta with LC PB and toasted marshmallow SF davinci syrup - yum and a great protein breakfast! Had 2 breakfasts already since I have been up since waaaay too early. Gotta watch the rest of the day!
