whohoooooo just finished my lifting for today!


yesterday was the walking day from hell...heheheee...9 hours at astroworld and i think i got in at least a few hours worth of steady state for sure!

ill be back tomorrow!

Go Pammie!

HITT for me this morning.
20 minutes on the treadmill.
Pushed the numbers up just a "hair" this time- Low point was 2.6/2.7mph High point was 3.7 mph. I even JOGGED some of it!! WOA!

GOOD GRIEF my legs are FEELING it from yesterdays LBWO & this mornings trek on the T.M. Wooo Hooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!

I tell you- for only being on that thing for 20 minutes- you SURE can work up a sweat! I was sweating from places that haven't seen sweat in ages! ha ha ha
I think I'm developing a LOVE/HATE thing for this HIIT.

great job Donna!
Had a great Workout yesterday and plan on doing the same today. I decided to skip the weights for a few weeks since we had nothing but rain here (everyday) and my weights are outside. My bench is drenched (I'm a poet and don't even know it ) and the house is too small. So I am doing cardio daily to at least get some kind of workout. I also do some leglifts and easy stuff that I do not need any weights for. Yesterday I did 30 crunches and today I plan on kicking it up another notch I watch too much Emeril on the food network LOL.

Monday: morning HIIT/ Day 6 ABBH


Tuesday: 3 hours steady state cardio ( astroworld)

Wednesday: Day 7 ABBH

Thursday: rest day

Friday: rest day

Saturday: Day 9 ABBH

Sunday: rest day

success!! LOOK OUT WEEK 6...we're halfway done everyone!
