HITT for me this morning.
20 minutes on the treadmill.
Pushed the numbers up just a "hair" this time- Low point was 2.6/2.7mph High point was 3.7 mph. I even JOGGED some of it!! WOA!

I tell you- for only being on that thing for 20 minutes- you SURE can work up a sweat! I was sweating from places that haven't seen sweat in ages! ha ha ha

Had a great Workout yesterday and plan on doing the same today. I decided to skip the weights for a few weeks since we had nothing but rain here (everyday) and my weights are outside. My bench is drenched (I'm a poet and don't even know it ) and the house is too small. So I am doing cardio daily to at least get some kind of workout. I also do some leglifts and easy stuff that I do not need any weights for. Yesterday I did 30 crunches and today I plan on kicking it up another notch I watch too much Emeril on the food network LOL.
