I guess I am one of the lucky ones. According to fitday software I have averaged 121 net carbs over the last week (my weight has been the same since before Christmas)

Even when I was in induction and eating super-low carb I lost painfully slowly. My strips were deep purple. But I was eating a lot of calories back then too.

Hmmm... maybe I should start induction again with my appetite which is vastly reduced now.

I lose well and <20g/day, lose slowly at <25g/day and seem to gain at anything over 30g/day, which is disappointing, because I thought I'd have a lot more room to "play" with.

Yea, so did I...I've been eating low carb for years and I suppose I'll never get to the pre-maintainance or maintainance levels. Even my OWL is more like induction.

My Dr says I'm blessed with an economical metabolism - cursed I'd say!

I'm living at 20-25 carbs a day right now. I just added ruby red grapefriut this week- at 7 carbs for 1/2, it satisfies my fruit need, though that still seems like a high price for one item. THey are in season and taste so good though-

I'm currently in a stall also, its slow losing now after the first 20 lbs, but hanging in there.

Mine is between 25-30 Grams a day and I don't exercise (sorry Dr Atkins). I do take ALL the supplements he advised and I wear ankle and wrist weights most of the day (helps me stay toned). Oh, I also don't drink the water I am supposed to (have good days and bad days) and I try to put everything in Fitday.com but I forget so my CCLL is probably really like 35-40 grams a day.
If I exercised, I'm sure it would be much higher but I don't know what that number would be.

I find most of the CCLL interesting for when I was on Induction, I didn't lose that much when I raised my level to 30 I started to lose steadily. I don't exercise regularly, spiratically at best. I also have over a 100 to lose.

I think my CCLL is rather high (I stayed around 40 the whole time I was losing) because for many years I exercised vigorously every day.
I enjoyed it, and would love to get back to it, though I don't have the time/money/space that I used to devote to it.
However, I think this activity built a base of good metabolism. So you exercisers, hang in there and keep it going! I think you can eventually heal your metabolism and reverse some of the hits our pancreas's took over the years.
BTW, I'm 44. (Or as I like to say, Magnum 44.) I'm thrilled I'm getting the weight off now...I know if I let it go it would get more difficult!

I lost relatively easily (considering my age) my 35 lbs excess weight on a constant 60 carbs. Then I upped my carbs to 80 - still was losing 1/2 lbs every month. In January I had 90-100 carbs/day without gaining. I do not plan to up my carbs more:-)

(P.S.: During the same time I upped my weekly running milage from zero to 30 miles, busting my metabolism considerably.)

I have tried to stay between 25 and 30 carbs a day. I still have quite a bit to lose, so while I'm not on strict induction anymore, I still try to keep the carbs low. I have also added exercise, 45mins on the eclipse 4 times a day. I am hopeful that my CCLL will benefit from this. As I get closer to my goal, I will attempt to determine the exact point.

I've moved into OWL lately, currently I am at 30 net carbs (sometimes I go a little over); I don't think it has affected my loss much although my hunger has increased a little when I first upped the carbs. I notice whenever I raise the limit I go through a bout of hunger and then eventually settle into it.
