Oh my gosh, the last time I posted here was Nov 15th! I'm embarrased to say that, that was the last really sweaty workout I had and it wasn't even that intense I've done some workouts but not nearly what I should be doing. I need to get back into the swing of things SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YEAH, I was embarrassed to post here in Dec. What's even worse is that it's now March and today was the first time I've been on the elliptical since then!
*sigh* not beating myself up just amazed that I was able to do that. No more big breaks in between workouts PERIOD!!!

Working up to more intense workouts:
33 mins on elliptical
Today I started on the elliptical, after 10 mins I had to jump off because my work phone rang. I had to get some work done which took about 20 mins. After I was done I jumped back on the elliptical & continued w/ 25 more mins. I was sweating but not profusely.
I didn't realize that I haven't been on the elliptical since Fri.
Sat I walked for miles and actually felt sore the next day.
Today:
Increased my elliptical time to 46 mins, I was sweating a bit more and it felt good. I watched Dancing w/ the Stars while I was on, that made the time go by alot faster.
