I had a mess of chicken breast cooked with lemon and garlic and spinach cooked with garlic, cream, and cheese...it was delicious!

Love all these dinner ideas!

I had a HUGE taco salad!! So delicious! I used about 4oz cooked hamburger meat with homemade made seasoning, with a small amount of fried onion and diced pepperoni slices. A few black olives, a handful of salad, a 40gram cheese crisp broken up, a dollop of daisy sour cream, small pinch of cheese, and a spoon of salsa!

Amazing dinner!!!! Only thing I ate today, next to my sbux coffee made with cream. And I'm still full!

wow, obviously last night was salmon night for many of us

Tonight i have to work through the normal dinner hours, so right before i leave i will have:

1. smoked salmon and cream cheese wrapped around cucumber spears and brocco sprouts

2. A cherry pomegranate smoothie made with greek yogurt, flaxmeal, cherry pom crystal lite, a ton of ice, and enough water to keep the blender from getting stuck Turns out so thick, you can eat it with a spoon

Miniature curried chicken salad sandwiches (Except, instead of toast or crackers for the sandwihes, I use two slices of cucumber as my bread: thin slice of cucumber, scoop of curried chicken salad, topped with a second slice of cucumber. I use a whole cucumber, making little miniature tea sandwhiches like this.), 3-4 large ripe strawberries.

I don't like eating hot foods when it is so hot outside. Yesterday, dinner was devilled eggs with sliced bell pepper strips and radish rosettes. The day before, sashimi with a large sesame salad (salad greens topped with sesame oil and toasted seasme seeds).

Tonight we're having a burger with mayo, mustard, onion, tomato, jalapeno, pickle, and red cabbage.. Side of mashed cauliflower. Maaaybe 1 glass of wine, but I doubt it, because we'd have to drive to the store and I think after our work out, we're going to want to go straight home!

tonight will be charcoal grilled burger patties topped with sauteed mushrooms and cheese, side of grilled gold zucchini fresh from my square-foot garden.
I love the sound of Robin's cherry-pom smoothie (posted up above) and will be trying one of those tonight too.

hope you liked it! i want to try it with cocoa powder and cinnamon/splenda next instead of crystal lite.

Tonight dinner was a "make do with what you've got" situation- was at an amusement park, and I'm a pescatarian. I scraped the cheese off 2 big slices of pizza, with a nice bubbly diet pepsi. Not exactly a balanced meal, but, hey, i could have done a LOT worse.
