Default Pork french toast?

The concept is a little odd to me, I have to admit. But I'm going to give it a try tomorrow morning. I'm still on Induction... is that going to be a problem? What's the carb content of this fried-pork-toast-concoction?

I've made pancakes with pork rinds and when you can get your mind around it they are really quite good. You'd never know it was pork rinds.

Default Tips

Make sure the pork rinds are crushed very fine. I do a big bag in the food processor and store in a sealed container. I add a couple tbs of pumpkin to the standard recipe and it makes a big difference in the texture. Also do not try to flip them until the bottom is golden brown.

Cream.. the dairy product in the refrigerated section in small cartons. The powdered or "twisted bottle" stuff is non-dairy creamer for coffe...full of sugar and/or transfats.
