^^ yum! i love lox- i usually put some in a lettuce wrap with tomato, onion and creamcheese or on cucumber rounds with creamcheese, but i love your oopsie idea. they compliment eggs well!

steamed egg with horseradish mustard
onion and chive crunchmame (roasted edmame)
dill pickle spear
tiger nuts
2 babybel

diet mango juice (minutemaid)

Today was a near-repeat of last night's salad. Lettuce, homegrown tomato, a few shreds of carrot for the heck of it, 3-cheese ranch dressing, 1/2 an avocado, a boiled egg, and chopped bacon. Hit the spot and I'm still not hungry 6 hours later.

Seared salmon belly. I had to give some away to the dishwasher because there was too much. It was so fatty and filling, I ate one rib for dinner and nothing else.

I had an all-day work meeting with a catered lunch. I was prepared for them having nothing appropriate for me to eat, so I brought a couple of HB eggs. I was pretty much right - it was a BBQ and I didn't trust the burgers, wieners and sausages to be gluten-free so I just made a salad out of the burger fixins.

as a kid, my favorite lunch was always cheese and crackers-- today i had a nostalgic:

rosemary flackers with cheddar cheese
plus a baba gnoiush with red peppers type dip
a dill pickle spear

diet 7-up

snacks: wasabi seaweed crisps and chive and onion crunchmame

^^ mmmm i love mussels and shirataki but have tried them together. great idea!

square (2 oz) baked terriyaki tofu (just 1 net carb, plus 1 fiber)
wasabi seaweed crisps

diet cranberry cherry juice

snacks: cinnamon pumpkin seeds, iced coffee with plenty of coconut "creamer" and torani kaluha syrup

4 oz. homesmoked brisket (rub has no sugars and we use cider vinegar and water as a spray instead of apple juice) with miracle noodles ziti. 1 homegrown chocolate cherry tomato.

spaghetti sauce, heavy with meat over spaghetti squash. Has two containers in the freezer so made lunch easy.
