Oh Ladies....everyone looks so good!

Seanna, your back is showing a lot of really good shape. You are looking more slender and your skin is looking really smooth. I love the picture of you in the white jacket. You should use it as your avatar.

Lena, your arms continue to make excellent progress. Little teeny waist as always. And nice calves.

Any, you are getting closer and closer to competition shape! Very nice quads showing!

Onward to January 1. ^5 all around.

OK, I'm going first this time, and I have to say, I'm pretty bummed when I compare these to last September's pics (on the left in the pink top)- I've gained a lot of fat... Oh well, it shouldn't take me too long to get back there, I hope...

Bicep- 11 1/2" ------ Bicep- 12"
Chest- 35 1/2" ------ Chest- 36 1/2
Waist- 28" ------ Waist- 29"
Booty-39 1/2" ------ Booty- 42"
Thigh-24" ------ Thigh- 25"
Calf- 14 3/4 ------ Calf - 15"





Let this be a lesson to me: NEVER VEER FROM THE D^#* PATH AGAIN!!!!!

Lena, this is not bad. This isn't so far off track to cause a lot of problems getting back to making progress. You still look good.

Yeah, it's not terrible, just an extra inch or so of fat here and there, I just really hate seeing any backward progress... But, yes- it shouldn't take too terribly long to get it back off again.

I agree with Deb....I think that you are not very far from your sept progress pics...you still looking good...I think that you are building great lean muscles in your back and shoulders...and your arms are looking great as always!!! how much weight are you lifting when you do biceps????

Thanks, Any. I don't really lift that heavy- only 30lb dumbbells. I'm also doing lots of different styles of push-ups (regular, arms close together, arms wide apart, making a diamond with your hands and trying to touch your nose to it, etc.) and assisted pull-ups with one foot on a chair (close grip, wide grip, underhand, overhand, etc.) It's funny- I've only been back to lifting for a little while since my break, but I can really feel my calves and quads getting bigger and harder again already, (they're just buried under fat right now, so you can't see them.) I'd love to get back to my September bod by next month-ish!

BTW, I don't have stretch marks on my leg...I don't know what that was but it's not permanent.

WOOOOWWWW Seanna!!!!!!!!!! how many pounds have you lost recently??? the change is REALLY notorious!!!

when did you take the first pics????I mean the date.....every single part of your body is looking smaller....your tights, waist, arms...you face looks slimmer and more beautiful too!!! What meal plan are you following?

Thank you Any the first pica r from december before I did hcg program. The second pic is after hcg program about 25 days laterb then the last ones r from last weekend. I haven't lost any weightbetween the last two pics, but I lost about 15 between the first two pics.

ohhhh I am sooo glad that HCG worked sooo well for you!!! I have no idea that you did hcg too!!!!!!! are you planning to do a second protocol???

Lena!! I agree with Deb, 30 pounds dumbells is HEAVY!!!!!!! I lift half of what you lift....ONLY 15 pounds dumbells...
