Thanks, Any. I don't really lift that heavy- only 30lb dumbbells. I'm also doing lots of different styles of push-ups (regular, arms close together, arms wide apart, making a diamond with your hands and trying to touch your nose to it, etc.) and assisted pull-ups with one foot on a chair (close grip, wide grip, underhand, overhand, etc.) It's funny- I've only been back to lifting for a little while since my break, but I can really feel my calves and quads getting bigger and harder again already, (they're just buried under fat right now, so you can't see them.) ![Big Grin](/images/smilies/biggrin.gif) I'd love to get back to my September bod by next month-ish! ![Thumbs up](/images/smilies/icon14.gif)
