I realize this weight is not even possible, but that's what the scale had to say this a.m. Can you believe it? I think there are several things going on here...TOM, a general lack of eating enough over the past few weeks which is starting to catch up with me, and the Big C.

I've been averaging in the 1300's for cals and 40 for carbs...not enough food altogether. But I am truly not hungry and don't like to push myself to eat when I just don't feel like it. In addition, I seem to get hungry at 10:00 at night here lately and I refuse to eat that late. Instead, I just go on to bed and forget about it.

Still working out 3 times a week, walking the dogs daily, etc.
