I'm also trying wheat free/gluten free. I know I've used low carb bread, and low carb wraps, and low carb noodles. I like them, but I absolutely don't budge in the weight dept.
Not even after all the exercise I've been doing. I know I was off for Thanksgiving, but even when I was adhering to the low carb, I lost nothing.
Very frustrating and discouraging.
Hope you guys are having better luck. Especially you guys who were good over Thanksgiving. I'll have to start planning for Christmas. ![Help](/images/smilies/help.gif)
