Hi Joan--That elliptical is still a pain for me but am sooooo impressed with your ability to go so long on it. You are some tough lady ya know??? I would have to take a bath in the l-glutamine if I tried to stay on the blasted thing that long.

Tomorrow is lifting and my last pilates class. Relieved and sad too. Weird aren't I???

Good night --rest well--Hugs--Alice

Happy Thursday Joan--

Just a quick stop by to see how your exercises went. Today was my last pilates day and she worked us like plow horses if you remember what they are. We had 2 on the farm when I was a kid--Shorty and Pat! Anyway--I am totally wiped after doing the pilates and then doing my lifting.

See you did the old-Evil machine again today. Imagine you will feel like me come tomrrow after your meet up with lucifer. Talk later!! Hugs--Alice

Hi Joan--

See you are glad it is the weekend too. No wonder you are pooped out with the 3 sets. I still only do 2 sets but raising weights. Ugh--Next week going to start lifting 3 days a week. Hope I look pretty good for christmas. Course know I will need a total body lift before this stuff is over with. Guess i will need to go back to work to get the green stuff to do it.

Have a great weekend. Hugs

My knees are so darn sore this morning, but I still dragged my butt out of the house and got to the gym at 5 a.m. I only did 30 minutes of cardio this morning, but it was all done on the elliptical machine, so I'm not bummed by no means. The knees are really sore and I didn't want to make them hurt any extra.

Way to go Joan--Hang in there. Hugs--Alice
